I needed to start a workout regimen that was consistent, fun and showing long lasting results. That's exactly what Sarah did. She listened to my goals and was able to adjust our workout based on how my body was feeling. Sarah’s approach to training is perfect for someone like me who enjoys working out, but wants a constant challenge as well as a routine that goes by quick. Our hour long session felt half as long and by the time we were done I was thoroughly exhausted but felt great! The multi-movements allowed for the perfect amount of cardio and strength, with well planned out periods of exertion followed by strength moves to recover. The best part of the workout and is also what sets Sarah apart from others is her ability to teach and encourage with every movement. I felt confident of my posture and movement and when I had any concerns Sarah explained and demonstrated until I felt sure and confident!

My daughter and I agreed to go see Sarah together and I had my hesitations regarding keeping up and my abilities as a fifty-some year old woman to do the same workout as my 23 year old daughter but was pleasantly surprised to find that Sarah had created a workout that my daughter and I both were exhausted from and both were able to do together. The time flew by and all three of us probably got an abs workout in just from the laughs we shared and of course the awesome ab moves that Sarah planned for us. I left feeling well worked and excited for my next visit to see my daughter so that we can book another session with Sarah!

For a person that isn't usually into working out, Sarah made the experience enjoyable. She's encouraging and motivating throughout her sessions and you can tell her focus is all about you and making you healthy. "I can't say enough wonderful things about Sarah! I was stuck in a rut with my running. I was running just twice a week and not seeing any improvement in pace. I was bored. I finally decided to have Sarah write a 5 week running program for me that also incorporated my workouts at BODI. I saw improvement in the first two weeks, and I have surprised myself with how quickly her program has helped me get over my running slump. She balances my HIIT classes with running. When I ran across Sarah online I was nervous if I could get everything I needed out of a trainer by text and getting videos each week. But the results have been fantastic.
