My Sprint Program is a 4-Week Guide to help gain speed, endurance and strength for ANY and ALL levels of fitness. This program is comprised of 3 workouts per week, which include hills, short and long sprints, as well as body weight exercises incorporated in the workout.
This program includes a full warm up and cool down routine, linked with videos and a place to track your times, how you felt in the workout and what you feel like you should work on.
I've tested a lot of these workouts on myself and my clients and they all come back to me saying "Wow, that was super hard, but I'm so glad I did it!"
