Prego Mama E-Book
My new "Prego Mama" E-Book will supply you with a 4-Week Fitness Guide to keep you motivated and stay in shape throughout your pregnancy journey and postpartum! The workouts in the E-BOOK are designed so they can be done by anyone (husbands you too!) but I wanted to create a tool to help keep women motivated during their pregnancy!
This E-BOOK spans 50 pages and includes more than 55 exercises with little to no equipment required. If you do choose to use equipment you can expect to see moves formatted around: a set of dumbbells, mini resistance bands, a bench, a kettlebell or your bodyweight. Simple!
